How to Shop Online

Shop online in 3 easy steps:

1 - Select your Honda Power Equipment and complete the Buy Now checkout process.

2 - Once your online order has been received, you will be sent a Confirmation Email with further instructions on how to pick up your purchase.

3 - Only the customer named in the Confirmation Email is permitted to pick up the purchase from the Honda Dealer. To pick up your order, you must bring the following:
• A government-issued photo ID corresponding to the name in the online order
• The order Confirmation Email containing the full order details

The Buy Now online purchase option is Valid Only:
• At the specific Honda retail store selected when the order is placed
• For orders confirmed via Buy Now Order Confirmation email
• During business hours at the preferred Honda retailer

Return Policy

Ordering, Payment and Cancellation

Price advertisements on the Honda site are invitations to you to make offers to purchase Honda Product on the Honda site, and are not offers to sell. Your properly completed and submitted order form on the Honda site constitutes your offer to purchase the Honda Product referenced in your order from the local Honda dealer you have identified during the ordering process. Your order will be deemed to be accepted only if and when Honda sends a confirmation email to your provided email address to confirm its receipt of your order (the “Confirmation Email”). The Confirmation Email constitutes the acceptance of your order by your local Honda dealer, and forms a legally binding contract between you and the local Honda dealer.

The total price of your purchase order will be charged to your credit card upon the submission of your order. If you wish to cancel your order prior to taking possession of the Honda Product and receive a full refund, you may to do so within 14 days from the time of the order by directly contacting the local Honda dealer you identified during the ordering process. All refunds that are requested must be directed to (and will be processed by) such local Honda dealer.

If you have not picked up the Honda Product you ordered, your selected Dealer can choose, at its sole option, to cancel your order and refund your payment in full at any time after the 14-day refund period has expired.

Pick-up and Returns

In addition to the Confirmation Email, you will be notified when the Honda Product you ordered is available for pick-up at your local Honda dealer. Pick-up of the Honda Product you have ordered from your local Honda dealer is subject to availability at the Honda dealer or national Honda warehouse. Honda and local Honda dealers are not responsible for supply shortages or lack of availability of the ordered Honda Product. If the Honda Product you purchased on the Honda site is determined to be unavailable, your sole and exclusive remedy is to a full refund of the price charged to your credit card at the time of submitting your order.

You must pick up your Honda Product within 14 days of receiving the Confirmation Email. If you have not picked up the Honda Product you ordered after this 14-day period has expired, your selected Dealer can choose to cancel your order and refund your payment in full at any time.

The Bill of Sale for your Honda Product is made between you and your local Honda dealer. Following your pick-up of the Honda Product, all requested returns or refunds shall be processed through your local dealer and subject to the return and/or refund policies of your local dealer and any laws applicable to your local dealer. If a Honda Product offered on the Honda site is not substantially as described, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return it to your local dealer in unused (as-new) condition.
